I’ve been building tech startups for over 14 years – managing and sourcing teams, building software, defining architectures, scaling systems, etc. I’ve also built (and sold) a SaaS startup from the ground up wearing multiple hats.

Axio acquired iWorld in 2013. Ka Lun co-founded iWorld in 2007. As a coach, I’ve help, nurture and grow the engineering team building a set of web and mobile application at iWorld. Directed all aspects of cross-functional engineering and oversee software development and helped grow the company into the multimillion-dollar company.

Prior to founding iWorld, Ka Lun served as Vice President of Operations at an early stage start-up company TalkFree where he led all the engineering and technical operations, including software development and network enhancements. Ka Lun also held multiple positions at COVAD Communications that involved network integration and expansion, technical deployment, system optimization, forecasting and engineering in a nation-wide footprint.
